Andrea DeMarco is the first female president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises in their over 30-year history. At the helm of Regent, she oversees the world’s most luxurious fleet and keeps the brand on the cutting-edge as the world’s leading and most-inclusive luxury cruise line.
DeMarco fell in love with cruising on her very first cruise more than 20 years ago and has made it her mission to get as many people cruising as possible, immediately looking for a role in the industry. She joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2012 where she has held various positions of increasing responsibility, building a reputation as a leader of the industry. Prior to her time at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, she worked in numerous roles within the cruise industry including revenue management, corporate financial planning and charter sales. DeMarco earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
